We’re here to help you with any concerns. Would you like to return the Gift Box, no worries, just keep in mind all items must be unused and in its original packaging. Hurry up, you have 7 days from the delivery date. 

The Marketplace products you can exchange within 30 days of  purchase, refund must be done within 7 days of the delivery date. Original brands (artisans) of the product reserve the right to inspect exchange or return prior approval.  All items must be unused and in their original packaging. 

We are sorry to inform you that the cost of return shipping is on you. The Eco Local Vibes is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Thank you for your understanding.
